Account & Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Important: Deletion is permanent. All invoices, receipts, expenses, and branding assets will
be removed and cannot be recovered.
Request Deletion via Email
Send an email to support@ymobooks.com.ng with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the following details:
- Company ID (if available)
- Registered company name
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number
- Confirmation that you want all data deleted

Submit the form below and we'll process your deletion request.
Processing Time
We aim to confirm your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to verification. You may be contacted to confirm identity and ownership.
